The Challange
Transfers Georgia has been operating since 2014, providing travel and transportation services across the country.
The business itself was stable and growing, but their social media presence didn’t reflect that.
Hiring social media managers never worked out long-term. Each new person needed time to understand the business, posting wasn’t consistent, and sooner or later they moved on. Every restart meant lost time and no continuity.
Eventually, both Facebook and Instagram were left inactive for years.
A strong company, but almost invisible online.
The Solution
We built an AI-based system that takes over the role entirely.
It works from a simple structure and handles everything behind the scenes—content, visuals, publishing, and tracking. No daily coordination, no follow-ups, no dependency on a person doing the job right.
The system:
- creates content based on predefined inputs
- generates multiple image options using AI
- stores and organises all assets automatically
- publishes posts to Facebook and Instagram
- logs results and sends notifications

How It Works

1. Creation Engine
The system pulls content ideas and turns them into ready-to-use posts, each with several images and graphics.
2. Publishing
Once approved, posts are automatically published to both platforms with the selected image and caption on a predefined day and time each week.
3. Tracking & Feedback
Each post is logged, and a summary is sent after publishing, so everything stays visible without manual checking.
