The Challange
Transfers Georgia receives inquiries from travellers with different interests, travel styles, budgets, and schedules.
Helping every customer manually required significant time from travel agents. Many visitors were still in the early planning phase and needed guidance before becoming serious leads.
The team needed a solution that could:

The Solution
We integrated a custom AI Travel Assistant directly into the Transfers Georgia website.
Built with Gemini 2.5 Flash API and a specialized tourism-focused prompt system, the assistant acts like a real travel consultant. It communicates with visitors naturally, asks relevant questions, and generates personalized itineraries based on their interests and travel plans.
Once the itinerary is completed, the system automatically forwards the request to the real travel team, allowing human agents to review details and finalize bookings.
The result is a hybrid workflow where AI handles the planning stage while human agents focus on conversion and customer service.
